REVIEW : The SAEM - 99% Jeju Fresh Aloe Shooting Gel

Welcome back to my blog, and on this gloomy morning, I'm going to write a review about one of the hype products these days. Yuhuu, this is it, Aloe Shooting Gel! Well as we all know, there are so many brands from A to Z which sell this kind of products. And today, I will give you my review for Jeju Fresh Aloe Shooting Gel from The SAEM. Actually, I bought this in Bangkok, Thailand a few weeks ago. And I tried their Aloe Shooting Gel right after bought it (well until now still using it, almost every day). So are you ready to read my review?

BRAND : The SAEM

The SAEM is one of the cosmetic and skincare brands from South Korea since 2010. The SAEM is not only loved by Koreans but also all over the world. They have spread their wings to Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Kazakhstan, Russia, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, America, Canada, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, and Myanmar. PACKAGING : The SAEM 99% Jeju Fresh Aloe Shooting Gel

Well, let's move to the packaging. As you can see, the packaging is a plastic jar with green color. The size of this jar is 300 ml (10.14 fl oz). It's kind of big jar and not really travel-friendly. You must move the gel to a smaller jar in case you are too lazy to bring them all. On the upside, you can see there are aloe vera pictures, product's name, the brand, and also that big 99%. FYI, 99% is the percentage of aloe vera extract used inside the gel.

Do you know that actually they also have Aloe Shooting Gel in a tube? YES. But, the difference is, the percentage of aloe vera extract inside the tube is lower than this one. In the tube, the aloe vera extract is only 95%.

When you open the jar, you will see an inner clear seal. I guess this is to prevent the gel from drying out and also for a more hygienic reason.

Did you notice that there is no alcohol on the ingredients lists? Such a good thing, right? Almost all people are afraid if a beauty product contains alcohol because they assume that alcohol will make the skin dry. Actually, alcohol is used as a solvent, both for organic and inorganic substances, but especially the former. It dissolves balsams, essential oils, esters, fatty acids, hydrocarbons, resins, soaps, sugars, most vegetable alkaloids, and a large number of pharmaceutical drugs. So don't panic as long as the alcohol is still in a reasonable dosage.

TEXTURE : The SAEM 99% Jeju Fresh Aloe Shooting Gel

The texture is a gel with clear color. And there are some bubbles inside the gel. The gel is lightweight, non-sticky, and really easy to absorb to the skin. The scent is also good and fresh. I really love their scent.

At the back side, you can read the benefits of this product. They claim this is a multifunction soothing gel. You may use it for your face and body. It will make your skin healthy and moisturizes it by activating the skin's own vitality with aloe vera from the pristine Jeju Island. It also moisturizes and soothes dry, irritated skin.

HOW TO USE : The SAEM 99% Jeju Fresh Aloe Shooting Gel

This aloe gel is really easy to use. Whenever the skin feels dry, dispense an adequate amount and gently apply to your face and body. On this post, I used it as face mask.
